What are Lydia's Office Hours?

Office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Daily, feel free to call during other periods as well

Do you book single night stays?

Only our Lodge rooms are available for a single night stay. All cabins/cottages/mountain homes are at least a 2 night minimum.

Does Lydia have a Lost & Found?

Think you might have accidentally left something behind? Give us a call at (434) 985-6343 and we will do our best to find it. Requested items will be shipped Priority Mail for a minimum fee of $25. **Please note: Lydia is not responsible for any items lost or left behind.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

Question 5

Are the fireplaces open all year? If not, when may I use the fireplace in my cabin?

Accepted Answer

The fireplaces are not open all year, but may be used beginning Oct 1 through April 30. Many cabins have gas log or wood burning fireplaces. Wood is not provided. Refer to each individual cabin page for more information. No fire starter materials are provided, please bring that with you.

What do I need to bring?

All cabins/cottages/mountain homes are fully furnished – you bring food, charcoal (and laundry detergent if your cabin has a washer/dryer). Lodge Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and a single cup coffee maker.

Question 7

Do your cabins have grills?

All our cabins have charcoal grills (charcoal & lighter fluid is not provided).
